OpenSSH Vulnerability - Again?
Situation: There is a sense of Groundhog Day for those of us who have been in IT longer than we care to admit, back in 2006 there was an issue with OpenSSH that could lead to code execution on servers (although this was never proven and thus remained theoretical) or a Denial of Service (Dos) attack. This issue was patched and likely confined to the deep dark recesses of the Engineers memories, then something changed, and the vulnerability has re-emerged. So, what is it?
